• All patients are entitled to a written treatment plan that is clinically necessary and in their best interest.
• Patients in need of referral will be referred to appropriate services.

What we ask of you

• To provide as much notice as possible, if you have to cancel or change an appointment, at least 48 hours’ notice would be appreciated.
• To pay for dental treatment on time and as requested.
• To raise any concerns or problems so that we can resolve them.
• To help build the practice by running a refer-a-friend scheme, we strive to provide all our patients with the best care at all times. However, if you have any concerns or complaints, please do let us know. You can either put them in writing or speak to any member of our practice team, who will be happy to help.
